Values from €50 to €5,000. If you would like a different amount, contact us and we will prepare it for you.

Receive it or give it
It arrives by email a few minutes after purchase. You can also send it directly to the recipient, with a personal message and on the date you prefer.

Use it at checkout
Enter the code at checkout. If you do not spend the full amount, the balance remains available for future orders.

Frequently asked questions
Can I send it directly to the recipient?
Yes. On the purchase page tick “Send it directly to someone else”, enter the recipient's email and name, a message and, if you like, the delivery date: the gift card will reach them by email on that day.
What amounts are available?
From €50 to €5,000 (€50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 500, 750, 1,000, 2,000 and 5,000). If you would like a custom amount not listed, contact us and we will prepare it for you.
Does the gift card expire?
No, Vitale Boutique gift cards never expire: you can use them whenever you like.
How do I use the gift card?
At checkout, enter the code from the email in the discount code / gift card field. The amount is deducted from your order total.
What happens if I don't spend the full amount?
The remaining balance stays linked to the code and can be used on future purchases until it runs out. You can check the updated balance at any time by opening the link you received by email with your gift card.
Can I use the gift card together with other payment methods?
Yes. If your order total exceeds the value of the gift card, the difference can be paid with any method accepted on the site.
Can I return a gift card or an item purchased with a gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash. If you return an item paid for with a gift card, the refund is credited back to the gift card itself.
