Shopping Tax Free

If you live outside the European Union you can shop on vitaleboutique.it with a VAT refund. The service applies to orders delivered in Italy (for example to your hotel or a local address) that you will take with you out of the European Union.

Requirements

• residence outside the European Union, proven by passport or equivalent document;
• billing address outside the European Union and the same name on passport, billing address and shipping address;
• order of at least 70 euro including VAT;
• items for personal use, unworn, with tags and original packaging;
• departure from the European Union within three months from the end of the month of purchase.

How it works

1. Before completing your order, write to info@vitaleboutique.it or on WhatsApp saying you would like tax free shopping: we check the requirements and issue the electronic tax free invoice together with your order.
2. When you leave, show the tax free invoice, your passport and the purchased items to customs at the airport or at your point of exit from the European Union: customs validates the invoice digitally, with no paper stamp.
3. After customs validation you receive the VAT refund as indicated on the invoice.

Tax free shopping does not apply to orders shipped directly to countries outside the European Union: any import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient.
