How long does my order take to arrive?
Orders are handed to the courier within 1-2 working days. Delivery in Italy generally takes 24-48 hours from shipment.
How can I make a return?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery by writing to info@vitaleboutique.it with your order number. We will send you the return instructions. Full details are on the Returns & refunds page.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Scalapay (pay in instalments) and bank transfer. All payments are processed over a secure connection.
Can I change or cancel an order?
